The project officially commenced with piling works and foundation laying, followed by the successful construction of the first storey.
Through systematic planning from day one, we established an efficient operational workflow to ensure the project proceeded smoothly and on schedule.
August 2024 – Completion of Ground Floor
Construction progressed steadily with the full structural completion of the first floor.
Close coordination with our contractors and strong execution management allowed us to hit this structural milestone ahead of schedule, ensuring total alignment with our delivery targets.
The development reached full completion with final painting and architectural finishing.

We are pleased to report the successful completion of the project, achieving the Certificate of Practical Completion (CPC) in February 2026 (Month 22) and the full Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) in April 2026, meeting our 25-month total timeline.
